We’re happy to offer free tracked shipping Australia-wide on every completed memory bear order. Once your special keepsake is crafted and ready to ship, we’ll send it to your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

Your Responsibility: Shipping Us Your Clothes

To create your unique memory bear, we need you to send your cherished garments to our studio in South Australia. The cost of mailing your clothes to us is covered by you.

Please ensure clothes are washed and clean before sending.
We recommend using a secure and trackable postal service for sending your items to protect your precious fabrics.

Shipping Timeline

After we receive your clothes and you approve the digital preview, production typically takes 2-3 weeks.
Once your memory bear is complete, we will dispatch it with free tracked shipping within Australia.

International Shipping

Currently, free shipping applies to Australian orders only. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
