I'm happy to offer flat-rate tracked shipping Australia-wide on all completed keepsake orders. A shipping fee of $15 applies to the first bear or keepsake in your order, with an additional $5 postage fee for each extra item. This helps cover the larger parcel size and increased shipping costs while keeping postage as affordable as possible.

Shipping Me Your Clothes:

To create your unique memory bear, I need you to send your clothing to my studio in South Australia. The cost of mailing your clothes to me is covered by you.

 

• Please ensure clothes are washed and or clean before sending.

• I recommend using a secure and trackable postal service for sending your items.

Shipping Timeline:

• After I receive your clothes and you approve the digital preview, production typically takes 6-8 weeks.

• Once your memory bear is complete, I will dispatch it with tracked shipping within Australia.

International Shipping:

Currently, shipping applies to Australian orders only. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
