Memory Bear FAQ

What clothing or fabrics can I use?
We can use most washable, medium-weight clothing such as baby grows, shirts, pajamas, school uniforms, or dresses. If you’re unsure, just ask before ordering.

How many items do I need to send?
Typically, one adult shirt or three baby items per bear. Larger bears may need more fabric. Check your chosen bear listing for specific info.

Can I add embroidery or special extras?
Yes! Choose your personalisation during checkout or email us to discuss custom embroidery options.

How do you care for a Memory Bear?
Spot clean with a damp cloth. Not suitable for machine washing.

 

Is my bear safe for children?
Memory Bears are designed as keepsakes and not toys for young children.
